We will gladly accept returns within 10 days after parts delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be not used, installed, or damaged, in the original packaging, are not missing parts or instructions, and are in resalable condition.
- 20% Restocking Fee and initial shipping cost will be deducted to all acceptable returns.
- Mail the part back to the address on the invoice with a copy of the invoice. As soon as we receive the part, credit will be issued less 20% restocking.

Delivery Damage or Shortage
Please inspect all your merchandise immediately upon delivery. Notify us of any discrepancies within 2 days(48Hours) of receipt. Always open packages the day you received to check for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If parts were damaged during shipping, please save all packaging material and contact us immediately via e-mail at email@example.com .
No claims will be considered if not submitted before 2days(48Hours) upon receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial & return shipping (if return shipping label provided) will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping label will be only provided to US customers. Non-US customer should return to our South Korea address at buyer’s own expense.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
1. Contact Us

2. Get Your Return Authorization (RA) #, Form & Return Shipping Label(US Customer only)
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) # and email you the necessary RA form.
3. Return Your Items
- Fill out the Return Authorization (RA) form and include it along with the item(s) you want to return in the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.
- *** Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or BIGTIGERPARTS.com error.
4. Receive Your Refund
- We will credit the purchase price, excluding restocking fee, initial and return shipping costs, to the original method of payment used to place the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
